The new Epson Stylus Photo RX640 is an all in one device which scan, prints and copies. However apart from these 3 basic functions the Printer can also upload or print from memory cards or a PictBridge camera, scan and print transparencies and negatives, and print to CD or DVD blanks and even print in 6 colors. It sports a straightforward and stylish design and there is a memory card reader too which reads all types of cards including Micro Drive and xD. It has 2 printing categories, plain paper and photos and both this functions don’t disappoint.
It has a 2.5" Photo Fine color LCD preview display and a built-in transparency unit, so handling film, slides and negatives is uncomplicated. The 3200 x 6400 dpi MatrixCCD scanner captures detailed images to ensure sharp, well-defined copies and enlargements. The RX640 has 6 individual cartridges so you only have to replace the cartridges that runs empty, thus making it very affordable.
