Once again Microsoft is in the news for all the wrong reasons. No they are not announcing more products or delaying the launch further of products already announced, or reporting major security flaws. The latest buzz is that these Internet Giants are taking up on the lesser mortals. News has just poured in that Microsoft in the coming days will most likely take legal action against Linux for copy write infringement.
During an interview with Forbes, The CEO of Microsoft Steve Ballmer, almost gave away their plans to sue Linux for Patent infringement. This is what he said in the interview “"Well, I think there are experts who claim Linux violates our intellectual property. I’m not going to comment. But to the degree that that’s the case, of course we owe it to our shareholders to have a strategy. And when there is something interesting to say, you’ll be the first to hear it."
When further asked to elaborate Ballmer declined to say anything more but if reading between the lines, we may hear about legal action soon against Linux vendors and/or users.
Oh pleassssssssse. Mickeysoft aka Microsoft. Stop your bullying tactics will ya ? I'm getting bored of all this red tape and lawsuits.
