This is not for the average user and is a desktop aimed at those users who want high end capabilities. Thus Dell has incorporated the Intel® Pentium® D processor with dual-core and the option of the Pentium® D 965 Extreme Edition chip via the hyper-threading technology delivers unrivaled performance.
The Dell XPS 700 is perfect for all high end graphical needs like gaming and imaging applications and includes the NVIDIA nForce4TM SLI x16 Chipset and one can also opt for two GeForce® 7900GTX GP with 96 pixel pipes and 1GB of on-board memory .The RAM can be added according to one’s own need and you expand it up to up to 2GB Dual-Channel DDR22 SDRAM (667MHz, 2 or 4 DIMMs) or Up to 2GB Dual-Channel DDR22 SDRAM (533MHz, 2 or 4 DIMMs). One can opt for either a Single or Dual optical solution.
