This means that now users will take recording and burning discs a step further as the advance software is capable of producing laser-etched designs right on the disc surface without any hassle. The new optical devices features the patented and exclusive LightScribe Media Version 1.2 technology which delivers silkscreen-quality disc prints with greater ease.

The 16X DVD+R discs with LightScribe Media Version 1.2 delivers extreme speeds and are available now in a package of 10 with a storage capacity of about 4.7 GB and can record 120 minutes of video in SP mode.
