SONY has just launched a new media card which can be integrated to any Sony's FWD-series plasma screens via the inbuilt slot. The Sony BKM-FW50 Network Media Card is a great way to display stored content like images or movies on Sony Plasma series. The card includes a Compact Flash memory slot, to display JPEG images in slideshow mode which can be further enhanced by playing MP3 music on the background. Thus if some one wants to make presentations on a Plasma display, the new card really comes handy.

Says Will Klopper: Manager for professional products, at Sony SA: “Users can now create content using industry standard development applications for JPEG images and MPEG 2 video and have non-technical staff easily disseminate that content on displays.”
