The Sony VAIO Series is back with a bang and after the FJ3 series let’s now look at the state of the art VAIO SZ2 Notebook Series. The VAIO SZ2 series includes the latest T2600 Intel® Core™ Duo processor and comes with a full 1GB of 533MHz DDR2 SDRAM!. The Sony X-black LCD which contains two powerful lamps and is finished with a reflection-reduction layer also results in a finer display .The notebook weighs just about 1.68kg and the LCD is only 4.5mm front to back.
The VAIO series offers a lot when it comes to style and functionality. It features the celebrated Trusted™ Platform Module (TPM) hardware and fingerprint recognition to for better overall security. The TPM checks for unauthorized changes, acts like a built-in smart card, provides a private IDand the TPM chip stores important data like passwords and encryption keys. The notebook includes a Stamina mode which switches graphics for better battery life as the SZ2-Series has two graphics processors.
