The COMPUTEX show in Taipei is the place to be if you are a hardcore techie. Where else will you see all the latest notebooks and other computer related products? Take for instance BenQ who unveiled the BenQ Joybook R55 which is the first 15 inch notebook with a response time of 16ms. That is impressive!  This R55, for an enhanced visual experience, also features the BenQ UltraVivid technology and includes a DBEF (Display Brilliance Enhancement Film) which increases the brightness up to 200 nits. There is also an anti-reflective coating so no more ghosting on your LCD.

The Joybook R55 is powered by a  1.6GHz Intel Core Duo processor and also boasts of a GeForce Go 7400 graphics with 256MB TurboCache chipset. The R55 includes a Bluetooth profile which can achieve data rates of 3Mbps and also features a SATA 5400rpm hard disk drive. It has numerous microphones and one can also buy the optional port replicator.
