Ricoh Corporation launched the new Ricoh Aficio MP C2500/C3000 multifunctional Series Printers which prints, copies, scans and faxes and has color and black & white output speeds of 25 and 30 pages per minute (ppm) respectively. The Aficio MP C2500/C3000 Series features a color LCD panel, Web Image Monitor and SmartDeviceMonitor and includes PxP(TM) Toner technology for flawless color output. Both the models in the series feature a 3,100-sheet paper supply tray and include finishing options like automatic stackless, duplexing and an optional 1,000-sheet Booklet Finisher.
Another handy feature is the Ricoh Scan-to function which is capable to send any kind of document to any location in a few seconds and the Document Server which stores information and helps in re-printing, re-faxing or editing. The Aficio MP C2500/C3000 Series is ENERGY STAR compliant with features like quick start up technology, power-saving sleep modes, duplex and combine copy modes, internal toner recycling mechanism, low noise levels and minimal ozone emissions. That's pretty important as electricity prices are going up according to global oil prices and any dime saved is important.
Security functions include restrictive color usage, limiting system functions, data and password encryption and the DataOverwriteSecurity System which automatically overwrites data after each job.
