The E28 smartphone sports a candybar form factor, comes with a 2 Megapixel camera, and looks more like a phone, while the Paragon PW 1010 is in a clamshell form resembles more of PDA, as it lacks hardware numeric keypad and comes with a 1.3 Megapixel camera.
Both phones have touch display that are used for entering of information either through virtual keyboard or through handwriting recognition. Don't be surprised if the prices of these phones to be through the roof however as you can bet telcos will not be very enthusiastic about supporting and subsidizing mobile VOIP solutions, which would eat into their existing profits.
