Motorola has launched the G24 RoHS-compliant, quad-band (850/ 900/ 1800/ 1900 MHz) GSM wireless module that is equipped with EDGE technology, with the aim to introduce seamless mobility into a plethora of M2M (Machine-to-Machine, Man-to-Machine and Machine-to-Man) applications. The G24 wireless module is one of Motorola's most versatile product as it empowers customers to choose from multiple configurations such as EDGE and JAVA, voice recognition, as well as Bluetooth SAP in the not-too-distant future. This module allows customers to create and develop cost-effective custom-made solutions for a variety of problems. Since the G24 is extremely small yet robust, this advantage makes it suitable to be used in a wide range of environments.
