As technology advances and touch screen capabilities of devices increase by leaps and bounds, it would be a matter of time before a
touch sensitive notice board is created. Philips' new In Touch mirror does not only tell you if your 2-piece Boss suit looks extremely sharp on you, it doubles up as a futuristic message board as well. Remember the movie Minority Report, where Tom Cruise could piece clues and information together in thin air? The In Touch mirror acts somewhat like that, enabling you to leave a digital message in the form of text, picture, or a video clip. The In Touch mirror includes portrait photographs of everyone connected to the network, and comes with built-in SMS and MMS functions as well. You can even send messages to the In Touch mirror from a remote source if you're not in the office. It does lead one to wonder though - if ordinary Post-It notes are already ignored, will the novelty of having a digital note be enough to pique the curiousity of someone?
Pros : Touch screen technology makes it easy to leave messages and other information
Cons : In a prototype phase currently
