Intel announced its first 65-nanometer NOR flash Multi-Level Cell (MLC) products, including a 65nm 1-Gigabit part targeted for multimedia cell phones with mega-pixel cameras, video and high-speed data capabilities. Intel hopes that with the release of this 1GB 65nm flash memory, it will be able to set a new standard in the development of  future phone models.
