They come standard with ProCurve!/s industry-leading lifetime warranty, which features next-day replacement, free telephone and email support, and free software updates for as long as the customer owns the product.
The 1800 series comes in 2 models. The 1800-8G with eight Gigabit ports, the 1800-24G with 24-port model. Both have the 10/100/1,000Base-T auto-sensing ports with two dual-personality GBIC slots on the 1800-24G for optional fibre uplinks. These switches are fan-less to maintain reduced-noise operation. It can be accessed thru a Web-based user interface. The price of ProCurve Switch 1800-8G is currently $209, while the ProCurve Switch 1800-24G is $519.
