This new Ram memory module from Geil is a 1 GB package for dual channel ram solution. When tested this ram really over clocks. Coming in a 1 GB kit, it might not be such a hit unless they come out with a 2 GB version. 1 GB of ram is enough for Windows XP but with Windows Vista already out, 1 GB is just barely enough for your system. 2 GB might be more practical. It comes well packed with heat spreaders and the brand printed on it. Priced at 90 pounds it is expensive I must say. Still there are a lot of things to consider before buying. Taking a look at its features and its over clocking abilities it will be money well spent. Average users will not find it necessary and they might be better off buying value rams but for gamers and enthusiasts, it is more like a necessity than a need.
