"KeyCarbon Raptor" is a card that records all typing words on a laptop keyboard. It is the latest key logger design for laptops. It uses the Mini-PCI slot of a laptop computer, and stores captured keystrokes on the onboard 256MB MicroSD card. It is design to be passive and undetectable by any software running on the hosts pc and requires no driver. The best thing is it does not slow down nor does it drain any system resources. It logs all the keystrokes from the moment the power switch is pressed even before the operating system starts. It is also possible to protect the card with a tamper resistant seal. Close sale monitoring might be enforce to prevent misuse of the card. Government agencies worldwide might adopt this card for investigation purposes. For some it may be a breach of privacy if they buy a system without their knowledge that such a card is installed.
