TEC cooler is a new technology which is a better cooling solution for graphic cards
and processors. It uses thermoelectric cooling method to cool the device. It is one of the best cooling solution just losing out to a high quality water cooling kit. 8800 series card be it 8800 GTS 320 MB or 8800 GTX is an impressive card. It is the only card that supports DirectX 10 till now. ATI has yet to release their DirectX 10 card yet. This Sparkle Calibre P880LV GeForce 8800 320 MB features something different from other 8800 GTS in the market. Its TEC cooler is its main marketing strategy. The only downside is the size of it. The cooler is big and it might block some of the slots available on some motherboards. It also require additional power to run the TEC cooler. The power will be drain from the main power supply. Although it might not use much but there definitely is a need for a good power supply unit.
