This is a new water cooler featuring new technology which has been available for quite sometime but is hard to implement for CPU cooling. This new technology uses
thermoelectric cooling solution. Putting this new cooling system to the test against stock cooler and water cooling solutions, we can see that it is much better than the stock cooler but the temperature is slightly higher comparing to water cooling methods. The only difference is when the system is overclocked. Using Monsoon II cooler, the temperature change is only 2 degrees where as for water cooling solution the temperature increase by quite a large margin. User might want this cooling kit because of its ease of set up and there is no risks involved. Water cooling kits faces risks of leakage and loss of internal system space. Water cooling kit is not easy to set up as well. This will be the solution for those who wants a cool system but are pull back by the hassle of setting up water cooling kits.
