
Apple has introduced today new models of the MacBook and MacBook Pro. Both models come with increased performance and functionality.
MacBook Pro models were equipped with the latest Intel Core 2 Duo processors running on 45-nm process technology at speeds up to 2.6GHz with 6MB of shared L2 cache. The notebooks have larger hard drives (up to 300GB for 17" models), and 2GB of memory standard in most models. They also include the latest NVIDIA GeForce 8600M GT graphics with up to 512MB of GDDR3 memory and an innovative Multi-Touch trackpad, first introduced in MacBook Air.
The three new models of the MacBook (the sleek white 2.1 GHz and 2.4 GHz models and 2.4 GHz black model) ship with 2GB of memory standard, up to 250GB 5400 rpm hard drive and the latest Intel Core 2 Duo processor.
The new models are available immediately at Apple Store. The new MacBook and MacBook Pro models start at just $1,099 and $1,999, respectively.
