Intel Core 2 Duo E7200 is considered an anomaly on Intel’s dual-core product lineup because it has half the L2 cache and a clock speed of 2.5Ghz.

The E700 model is an eco-friendly CPU because it has very low power consumption by default, and has a low core voltage level. The chip runs at low temperatures and has noise level. It would work fine even with minimal cooling say the specialists. The CPU performs well when overclocking and can do gaming/multimedia tasks with not problems. Overall, the Core 2 Duo E7200 is a great addition for any user. It retails for $130, 10x less than other 45nm processors.
